VOLT Battlefield Leadership Program
Chattanooga, Tennessee
From Shiloh to Vicksburg to Gettysburg to Chickamauga to Missionary Ridge,
this program explores the leadership parallels of the Civil War to todays modern organizational leadership challenges.
We will experience the views, the terrain, the landscape; you will walk the hallowed ground where tens of thousands fell during battle; you will learn the pivotal events leading up to the battles in and around Chattanooga; you will visit the graves of soldiers and experience what 50,000 casualties really means. You will learn the tremendous cost of failed leadership.
